A word from our chef
My culinary journey has been shaped by years of experience in Malta and abroad, including the UK, Jersey, and Australia, where I had the privilege of working in top-rated hotels and restaurants.
Now back in Gozo, my home, I focus on creating dishes that reflect both my travels and my roots—combining Mediterranean and Maltese traditions with a modern, refined touch. Working closely with local ingredients, each plate is designed to highlight freshness, flavor, and balance.
In a relaxed setting, my goal is simple: to deliver honest, well-crafted food that feels both familiar and quietly distinctive.
